What happens if I do not comply with GDPR?
In the event of a breach of the GDPR regulation, you are subject to a liquidation fine of up to EUR 20 million, or up to 4% of the world's total annual turnover for the previous financial year, whichever is higher. The Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic will also assess the nature and severity of the incident when determining the amount of the fine.
