What is personal data?
For the purposes of the GDPR, all information relating to an identified or identifiable, ie designated or identifiable natural person, is considered as personal data. An identifiable natural person is a person that can be directly or indirectly identified, in particular by reference to their identifier, such as:

- Reference to one or more elements specific to physical, physiological, genetic (eg hair color, eye color, height, weight, gait, etc.), mental (information on the behavior or reactions of the person in certain situations), economic (Information about assets, liabilities or claims), cultural (interests and hobbies) or social (marital status, education, employment) identity of that person,
- Information about a person who can not be recognized immediately (eg job, function, etc.)
Each case must be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account all relevant facts that may lead to the identification or identification of a particular natural person.
