What is personal data?

For the purposes of the GDPR, all information relating to an identified or identifiable, ie designated or identifiable natural person, is considered as personal data. Each case must be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account all relevant facts that may lead to the identification or identification of a particular natural person.
