Report on Data Protection State for 2015 a 2016

The Office is obliged by the Act on Personal Data Protection to regularly inform the National Council of the Slovak Republic, including the public, about the state of personal data protection. The report on the state of personal data protection for 2015 and 2016 was discussed in the Committee of the National Council of the Slovak Republic for Human Rights and National Minorities. By its resolution, the Committee recommended that the National Council of the Slovak Republic take note of the Report on the State of Personal Data Protection for 2015 and 2016. On September 7, 2017, the Chairwoman of the Office, Mrs. Soňa Pőtheová, presented the report on the state of personal data protection for 2015 and 2016 in the plenary session of the National Council of the Slovak Republic, which approved it on September 11, 2017.
